Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, check the right lever (brake) switch, might need adjustment or alignment.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

When i pull in front brake handel the brake calipers push out but when i release brakes the brake handel still has presure on it it seems that the fuiled is not returning to master cylinder

Your brake hoses are collapsing internally and holding pressure. I've seen this multiple times, especially on Yamahas. Replace the brake hoses, flush the system and refill w/DOT 4 fluid, bleed the air and you'll be good to go. Good luck!

Brake lights are not working have changed fuse/ globes

More than likely it is the sending unit that is attached to the brake pedal bar. there should be a little unit that send power to your brake light every time you push on the brake.

Where do i fill brake fluid on my 2011 suzuki tu250? I disassembled everything from the bars and when I put them back on and everything back together, everything worked except the front brake has no...

Attached to the front brake handel is a black box type reservoir with two screws in it. Make sure the reservoir is level remove the screws and the cover then inside is a rubber boot and plastic piece make sure they go in the same way they came out. Except the rubber piece will be collapsed into its self when the oil is replaced. Fill the reservoir with DOT4 brake fluid and re bleed the front brakes to be sure you got all the air out of the system. you do not have to replace the cover to bleed the brakes just be careful not to get any brake fluid on the painted surfaces of the bike it is not good for the paint.
