Question about 2002 Harley Davidson FLHRCI Road King Classic
The accessory circuit wire is the red wire that connects to the positive post of the battery along with the large battery cable that runs to the starter. If it's not connected there, check at the starter where the large cable connects. Harley puts them in different places on different bikes. Basically, the accessory wire is the wire that carries voltage to the ignition switch. It runs everything on the bike except the starter.

The accessory plug in will be under the seat towards the front. It will have red and red/blk wires going into it. I'm telling you this because there is another 3 place connector which looks just like ut that is used for diagnostics.
