Question about 2003 Honda VT 750 CD Shadow A.C.E. Deluxe
I never have to choke my ACE. Are you in cold weather? One more thing if you are using high octane fuel it will be harder to start and keep running. Always use regular 86 minimum for better starts and mileage. High octain doesn't give you more power....it is a slower burning/harder to ignite fuel.

Run some carburetor cleaner through the system to remove any dirt which may be interfering with the carb diapharms............Let idle for 15 to 20 min before trying acceleration.........Hope this helps you out.
