On the carb, it should have a Phillip head screw and a grinded edge as it can be adjusted through hand.

There are procedures for adjusting the idle mixture and speed.

Check engine light on; Gas milage went from 19 to 15, emission ba

YES!!, you had it tuned, it runs good, but gas mileage dropped, and check engine light is on,it sounds like the o2 sensors are slow or even dead, i would replace them for sure and that just might solve all your problems, good luck, hope this helps.

2000 Pontiac Sunfire, 2.2 litre engine, automatic. Suspected bad heater in O2 sensor. Idles really rough when first started up in the morning. Exhaust smells really gassy. After engine warms up runs great...

i wouldn't be looking at the o2 sensors! look at the coolant temp sensor! when the car is cold it doesn't correct fuel & air ratio until it is warm so it is not looking at the o2's till then! if the sensor is bad and telling the computer it is warm when it is cold them it would be leaned out and run like that then when the car gets warm it's fine because the sensor is still saying it's warm! would be the opisite if it went bad and was telling the computer it was cold! that is a sure sign of the temp sensor being bad! good luck

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DRAINING MORE POWER FROM THE BATTERY THE THE ALTERNATOR CAN PROVIDE, WHICH BASICALLY MEANS THAT YOUR SYSTEM IS NOW RUNNING OF YOUR ALTERNATOR, WHICH AS YOU WILL PROBABLY WORK OUT FOR YOURSELF IS NOT GOOD, GO AND SEE SOMEONE IN YOUR AREA THAT KNOWS ALL ABOUT STEREO SYSTEMS, TELL THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND I AM SURE THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ANSWER, HOPE THIS HELPS.
