Question about 2005 kawasaki KX 250 F

Aftermarket oversized rotor misaligns with the caliper

On my 2007 Kawasaki 650 KLR, on the front wheel, I have installed an aftermarket oversized rotor. The rotor rivets contact with the new caliper body which rides on a bracket to move it out, due to the larger size of the rotor. Assembly is idiot proof and can only be done one way. I've done it, but it rubs the caliper body.

When i apply the brake on my07 chevy silverado the brake pulsation

Front brake rotors are warped, time to do a brakes job, make sure calipers float on pins and that you replace rotors, aftermarket are cheaper than G.M. but hold up just as well, change pads and lube the slides in calipers

Kawasaki front caliper rebuild 2002 klr 650

Your best bet would be to call a local shop (preferably a Kawasaki dealer) and see if they can run one down for you. I checked some of the larger parts dealers on the net, and they had everything except the calipers, like the following site:
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/10/20380/PDVG/Dirt-Bike-Motocross-Parts-2002-Kawasaki-KLR650-Parts.aspx
If a local Kawasaki dealer can't help you, perhaps you could contact them and see if they have any leads.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

Want better performance from a KLR 650 Kawasaki. Suggestions???

.005 bigger on the main jet, open up the air box, get a K&N air filter and an aftermarket exhaust. Let it breathe and it will perk right up.

I need to replace the rotors on my 1999 mercedes sl 500 in the front are theese one piece rotors or two piece and is there a manual on this with specs?

once you remove the wheel and caliper, caliper maount bracket, you should be able to just pull the rotor off (it just slides off). Not sure what spec you need, but if it is discard spec on the rotor, it may be stamped on the rotor. depending on if they are OEM or aftermarket.

Rough engine running

"chipped the engine"... If you have done modifications and now your engine is not running properly, remove the modifications and see if they go away. It could be any of the things you mention, but it is most likely related to the chip installation.
