Checked for power to the coil while sitting and while turning over. Less than 2 volts of power. What now?

Generic comment: Do you have power going into the coil? Have you checked the points or what ever device turns the coil on and off?

My aura 125 stop in the middle of my way and cannot start the battery is ok the spark plug changed a new one but still cannot start.

You need to verify whether you have spark. Pull plug and hook up to plug wire. Ground spark plug by threads and turn engine over. You should see spark at the tip of plug.
