I have a website that is showing a Warning Message

I have a website that is showing a Warning Message on one of the profile creating pages stating:
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/thelan8/public_html/exclusivelead.php on line 79 Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/thelan8/public_html/exclusivelead.php on line 83

This problem came about somewhere between me transfering the site to a new hosting company and getting a new SSL cert with trustmark logo added to my site.
I need to get this message corrected so that my customer's don't think that there something wrong with the site, but first and formost we need to make sure nothing is actually even wrong with the programming or database.
