96 Toyota Camry has an exhaust smell car sounds like a lawn mower when running what could the problem be

Several things.
Cracked exhaust manifold, leaking connector at the pipe, damaged exhaust pipe, and so on.
A mechanic should be able to find the leak.

96 5.0 chevy truck fuel out of tail pipe

You sure it isn't just water condensation from the exhaust pipes..It could smell like gas a little but it probably would run really really rough if it were very much gasoline. Not likely gas.

Celica is pouring water out behind the exhaust manifold. To the right of oil filter. Looks like there are 2 metal lines from water pump run across motor but can't see where they go. Any help., ,

They go to the passenger compartment heater. Pair of pipes is partially made up of metal pipe followed by a rubber hose. Look carefully at the metal pipes for any pin holes created by rust and corrosion or re-tighten the rubber hose clamps.

Recently Ive started smelling gas or exhaust fumes when my 96 Tahoe is sitting and crunk up! What could this be?

If you are smelling raw fuel i would check the fuel pressure regulator.Pull the map sensor vacuum hose off and look for fuel in the hose and also look in the air intake pipe for fuel if you see any in either of these two components then replace the fuel pressure regulator.

I need to find and replace the o2 sensor in a doge grand caravan 96 3.3l and please dont tel me back of the engine i dont know these terms can you send me a skematic and refer to things like hood,...

The problem is which O2 Sensor do yo need to replace. The front or the back? Dodge started equipping vehicle with 2 about this time frame. When you look at your engine, you will see the pipes that connect to it that lead to the Catylatic convert and the muffler. The forward O2 Sensor will be located on the Exhaust manifold before the muffler pipe connects to it. It will be the only thing that has wires going to it that connects to those pipes in that area. The rear O2 Sensor is a bit harder to define. Normally, you can locate this just behind the Catylatic converter. Look under your vehicle at the exhaust pipes. Starting from the rear of the vehicle you will see a barrel like looking item, this is the muffler. Continue following the pipe toward the engine you will see another kind of barrel looking item, this is your catylatic converter. It is usually either directly under teh drivers seat area or kind of angled up as it connects to the Exhaust manifold. If you look on that and see some wires leading to something screwed into that or between that and the muffler that is your "Downstream" O2 sensor. The same special tool fits both of these. It is a socket with a **** cut in it. You will need this tool to replace the sensor. You can get it at just about any Auto Parts store that sells the sensor as well. If you have any other questions about the locations I recommend you get the Haynes repair manual for your vehicle from the Auto Parts store as this will guide you through many repairs. Good Luck and I hope I have answered your question.

How do you get the collar off an FXSTS exhaust header pipe

I think what you are talking about are the snap rings that go on the pipes to hold the exhaust flanges onto the pipes. They come off easily but you need the right tool to do it with. They make a tool that is similar to a pair of snap ring pliers with flat lips on them instead of small pins. Mac tools P22A snap ring pliers.

Were is the o2 sensor for bank 1 on a 96 grand am 3.1

Passenger side exhaust pipe. some have the exhaust pipe 02 sensor just before the cat and then after, so the post cat 02 sensor is number 1 and after catilatic converter will be #2 so look on the the exhaust pipe Number one cylinder is #1 bank. look on intake manifold to see the #1 plug.
