Husqvarna ride on , need to get top of motor off , the part that spins (its fouling wires)

check for a small filter at the needle and seat connection
check for blocked main jet
check to see if fuel is running past the needle and seat when the top is off the carby

The starter motor spins on a spiral shaft, clean it or replace the top starter gear.

This is an issue that has to be taken care of with reprogramming the ECM.

A hydrostatic transaxle could be low on fluid, or have leaky pump or motor. Check the fluid level. If it is not hydro, check belt from the engine to the transaxle for tightness or slippage.

Make sure spark plug wire is connected and that plug is not blackened and fouled out. Also check your fuel filter (plugged?), the handbar safety lever & it pull cable and make sure it is opening the breather assembly down at the motor or closing the proper switch (unsure of the setup) Those are typically the most common problems. It sounds electrical in nature check the solenoid for continuity, check your key switch it may be bad also, check the spark plug wires and the part they hook into. Look for melted wires and replace as needed.

Sounds like you have a bad starter.

If the starter motor is spinning, the problem is probably the starter motor solenoid. It is basicly an electric piston mounted on the starter that engages the starter motor pinion gear to the flywheel.

try unplugging the pto, start the mower, then engage the pto switch. If the fuse still blows trouble is somewhere in the mowers wiring if not the ploblem lies in the pto. hope this helps
