If you are talking on a stratoliner there is no trans oil. It is the same as the motor oil.

The transmission oil and the engine oil are all the same. 2 drain plugs at the bottom of the engine and 1 drain plug at the oil tank. The transfer case oil is drained at the bottom right side of the very rear of the motor. It is difficult to refill as the fill port is behind the exhaust.

Oil and transmission fluid mixing and leaking from under car 99 Buick century and now car will not change gears

you need to look at the tranny cooler located in radiator that's the only way tranny fluid can get out but how its crossing over to motor oil im not sure unless you also have a motor oil cooler in the radiator.and that will cause tranny problems ,don't try to drive till you resolve these issues., my other thought is oil is leaking out back of motor and mixing with leaking tranny fluid, try draining tranny first to see if motor oil is really in tranny.

Suddenly No reverse gear after burnt smell coming from tranny oil. Does this mean I need a tranny rebuild

first run the fault codes
next have the transmission oil pressure checked
change the oil and have the oil filter changed
while the pan is off check out for damage
Then make a decision on a transmission rebuild.

Tranny slipping when ever I try to go over 40 mph

If you didn't already...you should change tranny oil and filter. This would be a good place to start even if it does not correct the problem. But...before changing tranny oil and filter...with engine running does your tranny dipstick show that tranny has a sufficient amount of oil? If not ...fill to proper level with engine still running and see if that corrects your problem.

PUT ABOUT HALF OLD OIL I HAD STORED IN TRANNY CONTAINER IN TRANNY

Improper fluids in a automatic transmission can cause severe results.
Drain the transmission fluid and change the filter.
If the car was running at the time you put engine oil in the transmission, I would also flush or drain the torque converter.
Replace with the proper amount and type of fluid.

they should have suggested changing tranny screen and filter if tranny isnt maintained every 20,000to 30,000 you end up with gray like particles from normal wear wich get caught in the screen and valve body wich leads to erractic shifting valve body problems eventually tranny replacement number 1 rule oil changes on motor and screen and filter on tranny prevents premature wear longer life to two major key factors
