Question about 2008 kawasaki KLR 650
I've gone through three 20A main fuses in the past 4 days. No accessories running, just riding along on the street. The bike still runs for quite a while after the fuse blows. The second time it went, I had notice the problem as it shows up with the tach doing all kinds of strange things.
It went again this morning on the way to work (20km/12miles) after I had just replaced it. This time the only break light and low beam were on.
You have a short somewhere. check all the wiring tosee if any of them have bare spots(exposed wire) or if one the battery cables is toutching the frame.
