There should be a long adjusting screw on the side of the carb. Turn it inward.

How to tune raider 150 carburetor. from back firing to the original condition?

First off find out what year the motorcycle s and then find out how to remove the carburetor and clean it and adjust it, possibly by obtaining the appropriate manual or posting more information and asking more questions OR take the bike to a good motorcycle shop.

My bikes engine is running fast how to slow it down bajaj pulsar 150 cc from last few months local mechanic is unable to fix the problem

this sounds like you may need to clean out the carbourator with carbflux, you then should be able to adjust the idol which will overall lower your engine speed.

good luck and safe riding

I have a newly acquired 96 Honda XR600 that will not run with the choke open all the way. In the vertical and aprox. 45 degree angle the bike runs well but will not run at all with the choke level...

try making the idol higher.
also if the bike will move with choke open/half way ride it and slowly close the choke as your moving.
this isnt something to worry about to much just that you will burn more fuel because of this. it is something to you will want to fix but it will not ruin the bike

good luck

Idols then starts to rev up all by its self

OK, there should be a warmed up idle adjustment on this bike on the carbs under the tank (like my 1985 Honda Interceptor). Maybe it's set too high. On my bike the screw has a knob on it for easy adjustment.

On the Kawasaki motorcycles I'm ot sure if they had this feature.
But, if they don't, then a screwdriver should be enough to turn the idle adjustment screw.

Also, check for kinked cables for the throttle.

Happy biking!

Proper engine idol...."Too much air going through the engine"

Try slowing things down at the throttle cable adjustment first. Then you can richen it up at the carb to get where you want to be.
