Kawasaki ninja service manual

Hi, Dwayne the vast majority of service, parts, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee around $10 and there is a handful of rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. To download your manual please click on the links below. Good luck and have a nice day.

2002 Kawasaki ninja zx 600r how do you drain fuel?

Does your bike have a vacuum tap? Sounds like your bike has a vacuum tap. In that case you should unplug your fuel hose, and unplug the hose that goes from the fuel tank to the engine. This hose should be smaller and should be unplugged at the engine side not the gas take side. Apply a vacuum to the hose (suck it), and you should have gas coming out of the main fuel line you disconnected. Make sure you have something to put the fuel in. If you can't suck hard enough (hehe... sorry coun't resist). plug the hose back on the engine and spin the starter a few times til fuel comes out. This may need to be repeated a few times.

2008 Ninja 250r Wont start it just sits there and cranks it only has 654 miles on it any suggestions? thanks

Pull the spark plug and squirt some gas in the cylinder, put the plug back in and get the juices flowing. Sometimes the fuel pump goes dry and needs to be primed, the crank alone won't do it, it needs some umph! Hope this helps.

Every wire is unplugged on my kawasaki ninja X7

May I suggest a trip to your local library. Cycle repair books should be in 646 stacks of reference. Otherwise, go to your Kaw dealer and pay their price for one that covers your bike. You'll still pay less than if you paid them to rewire it...and you'll learn something.

I have a ninja 2003 636. I need to remove all the gas

either siphon from the filler, or disconnect the fuel line from the carb and put into container, then turn over the engine to pump out the fuel. You also could try turning the bike upside down lol

Does anyone have a Vaccum hose diagram for a 1995 Kawasaki ZX6R?

One of these pipes is for overflow gas.You just route it downwards. For the other one I need more info. Some bikes have a second overflow tube tha collects the water near the gas cap on the gas tank and goes the same way like the other one.Blow in them from the loose end having them attached to the tank and see what happens.
