Try some JB weld 2 part epoxy or purchase a new bowl. If a new bowl is not available find a used carb at a bike salvage and use that bowl.

Leaking gas from bottom of carbarators How do I turn valve off

on the bottom of the gas tank there should be a petcock -- turn this to OFF,, this will stop the flow of gas to the carbs. now to fix this problem -- the most likely cause is a stuck float in the carbs. remove the carbs from the bike and remove the bowls,,, spray carb cleaner on all parts and amke sure the bowl and seat move freely. re-install and all should be good.

So how can i fix my problem with the gas leak and womt start or run unless the choke is on

The carburetor needs to be taken off then the float bowl at the bottom of the carb. Trash and water and varnish have plugged up the jets in the carb and is causing the float to stick open. Get a can of spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store then spray into every hole in the carb. Remove the choke and the throttle and air screws and spray into those holes as well. What goes into one hole should come out of another. Wear goggles to avoid getting any spray in your eyes.

Probably a carburetor problem. Old fuel, tiny amounts of water, plugged jets or a totally plugged air filter will cause that. Another option may be the throttle linkage is either unhooked or bent.
Remember to shut off the gas tank or empty it or plug the line before opening a carb or removing the carb.
Carb first, on the bottom is a float bowl held in place with a bolt that is hollow and is also a fuel jet. Remove the sediment(float) bowl and make sure it is clean, make sure the gasket on top is not damaged.Make sure the float moves freely up and down and the needle valve is not stuck. Make sure nothing is bent or shows rub marks on the float. Clean the needle valve and all orfices in the carb by spraying carb cleaner through them. The "bolt" that holds the float bowl is usually brass and hollow in the center with two tiny holes that are horizontal, if the center or the holes on the side get plugged - the engine will not run, it will only run until it uses up the gas that seeps into the center. Remove any gaskets first as carb cleaner will cause rubber to expand and get very soft. It is best to usually remove the carb to do a thorough cleaning. When every thing is clean reassemble and reinstall the carb. Clean the air filter thoroughly with some solvent or gasoline, and let it dry (foam filters) for paper filters, blow them clean from the inside using compressed air.
When all is back together, check to see the wire linkages are in their proper place and that they move freely.
Also ensure the choke is not on and that it works properly when it is started. Occasionally also this problem may be caused by a defective primer bulb if it has one. Usually if defective it will either leak or not work. Some are made with a tiny hole in the end, covering it will cause the engine to speed up.

Will not idle

two stoke I guees, eletronic choke if so then it is stuck, if not then if slide then slide stuck up a hair...carbs systems use Idle jet and main jet, the main jet is a taper jet with a tapper needle that adjust gas flow as the needle move up air flow across it draws more gas through the hole going to the float bowl but the idle jet is a fixed hole that has a air mixture screw nthat lets you trim the fuel air ratio for idle make sure the srew did not fall out, next a stuck float bowl can flood the idle with too much gas next the chock if half on can cause a high rich gas and cause huigh idle next a sticky throttle cable can cause high idle and just unhook throttle cable to check this the last thing is a points not electrong ignition system bike can cause high idle...air leake into the carb just like a vacum leak in a car can cause high idle...l.start with diss connecting trootle cable then check for needle jet seating then check for choke not stuck last is the float bowl level you get it study how a carb works and you nail this thats how I learned after 115 motorcycles I had seen alot of my own errors....rememeber high idle most likly is to much gas...now how is it getting to much gas is the question most likley

Gas leaking from bottom of carb on 90cc ATV

yes there is a tube that goes on it. It hangs straight down about an inch or two past the botom of the 4 wheelers frame. It is for a overflow of gas, which is usally caused by either dirt in the carb holding the float to high and allowing the gas to just run straight thru and out the bottom of the carb or a bent or maladjusted float setting. But since you said it just started, i would suggest this. I have fixed many and many bikes by simply removing the carb bottom and cleaning it with carb cleaner. It onlty takes a small piece of dirt between the float needle to keep the needle from making a good seat in the carb. Clean it well Please be carefull and keep the carb well away from your face as to not get any blowback of cleaner in your eyes(IT BURNS) This should fix your probblem
