Question about 1985 Yamaha XJ 700 S Maxim
Last night I had to apply full throttle at low speed on a steep climb to get out of traffic, since then my '85 XJ700 Yamaha makes a rumbling noise and shakes a lot above 20 MPH, the Rev counter also shakes all around. I must have damaged something in the transmission. CV joint? Any experience on this type of mechanical failure?
