2003 hd roadking the front brakes will not release on the bike until u bleed the brake lines the brake lever gets harder and harder the pull until it gets to the piont u are unable to pull it back and the front tire will not spin free and i just change the fluid with clean DOT 5 brake fluid
non return type blockage in the brake master cylinder. Requires stripping the master and replacing valve. A big bleed may help to clear the fault. Fluid is leaving the reservoir and unable to return. Fluid only flowing one way. See your dealer if you are not confident in re-building the master cylinder.
Your master cylinder has a clogged return passage. You need to rebuild or replace it. Harley does not have their parts microfiche online but if you go to your dealer or look in your service manual you may be able to get a look at it. If they sell a rebuild kit for them it should be less than $50 and not very difficult to rebuild.
One other way that might work is try to reverse flush the braking system. Open one of the bleed nipples on the front calipers and pump brake fluid INTO it slowly. If you are lucky it will force out the blockage into your reservoir where you can **** it out with a syringe or turkey baster.
It's also possible that one of your front pistons is simply not releasing. To check that, pump the lever until the wheel locks, then open a bleed nipple. If the wheel releases it is your master cylinder. If it does not it is your caliper.
