every one is having trouble trying to understand what you are saying
cannot fire or raise ----does that mean cannot accelerate the engine
beyond 20 odometer does that mean faster than 20 mph(klm ph)
or does it simply mean that it will not rev higher than 2000 rpm on the tachometer
a odometer reads speed and a tacho reads engine rpms
so you can see why no one is answering your question
it is confusing as to what you are saying

If engine is running , then it could be the small box on the side of the fuel distributor .Inside it has a carbon track .As they wear out you wont be able to rev up the engine.due to the brake in the carbon.Or for some reason your computer for the engine management as set it to run in limp mode ..The computer will do this if you have other fault in the motor .Star readout , is the best thing at the dealers .

Use the steering wheel buttons, bottom left one till you get to "Settings" then UP arrow, then use the +/- on the right side till you get to "Instrument" or "Display" (depending on model) Use the arrows till you get to "Display units in miles / km" and use the + / - to change same. Escpae using the bottom left button.

Yes. you want to make sure your lug pattern is the same for your new wheels as it is for your factory wheels. people have put wheels up to 20 inches on your C-Class Mercedes.

Unfortunately you have to remove the cluster (speedo,rev counter unit) from the fascia.
With a little tech. knowledge it is not that difficult, or get a repair manual to show exactly which screws to undo.

replace the window switch

You will need to pull out the instrument cluster and replace the bad bulb. 

grab both sides of cluster and just pull unit towards you. Nothing holds it in but 4 clips and 4 rubber grommets. Just dont yank too hard or youll pull wires off the back.
