HI This Is Wayne, I have A 1994 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500A! I had a problem with it back firing, and then the front cylinder would start falling down. Then the front cylinder would just stop after the bike got warm. I took it to my friend?s bike shop to fix it. We did it all!! tested every thing on the bike plus, All new parts, from the tune up to the timing chain, values & heads, decoration springs & gears, to coils, brain, crabs rebuilt & jetted. But the same problem is still there. What can be doing it????

I have a 2013 Kawasaki 1700, that when you go over small bumps, sounds like the front end is going to fall out of the bike. It's extremely loud, but doesn't affect in the preformance or handeling.

Hi, Dan you may have loose neck bearings, rebuilt front forks improperly assembled, or worn out front caliper bushings etc. I would love to help you with your chassis noise but I just loaned my brand new pair of listening ears to your local dealer's chief technician so he could take your bike for a test ride and give you his professional opinion and estimate about your noise and repair cost. Hi, Anthony without pulling up a wiring diagram my best guess would be a faulty ECM or Tachometer assuming all your connections were good as you say for more information about your question and valuable "FREE" downloads that you will need please visit the websites below. 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 valve adjustment

Hi, Michell this engine has an overhead camshaft that uses shims to adjust valve clearance it has no hydraulic lifters that self-prime, for this scenario you will need your service, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Kawasaki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one. Back firing is often a sign of a lean mixture, more than once I've delt with carbs thinking all was well only to find a small blockage. Did the bike by chance sit with gas i the carbs for a time before this problem showed up? If so, try carb cleaner and lots of compressed air in all the openings especially the idle jet passages. Does not take much to make a difference. Hope this helps. Not always the cure but a good palce to try and very little cost if you do the work yourself.
