I have a pride Victory 4 wheel scooter. Ran great till Going up hill with low batter i tripped the breaker then reset it, finish up hill now the scooter seems to power surge when driving on flat hard ground, battery meter reads good chage.

either a battery or cable problem long stretch would be breaker and lastly motor if cables get hot try replace them first with larger wire sounds like a resistance problem assumeing your batteries are good and motor brushes good
Is your track rod bent or out of alignment? Carefully buy the exact wheels with tyres and a track rod if necessary from dismantled Victory XL scooters (a good wheel with a good tyre about €30 - I've done that for my Pride Celebrity XL8 - it was a great success.
check the duudrff keys used to hold he wheels in line with the axle. i had a clickin nosie inm y three wheeler and it took several trips to the shop and 4 different motorsbefore we discovered the keys where too thin.
Probably just a fuse somewhere. Does your battery meter work? If not, there may be a fuse on the battery harness thats blown. Failing that, depending on what make of control box is fitted to your scooter, it could be a fuse within this that has blown.
