I have a Kawasaki Mule 3000. It is hard to keep

I have a Kawasaki Mule 3000. It is hard to keep it idling. I have replaced the fuel filter and have drained and added fresh gas but still nothing. In order to keep it running you have to keep the engine idle high...foot on brake and accelerator. Any advice? Last service by dealer at 720 hr, current 765 hrs. Tried to adjust idle screw but ran out of threads.

Take the spring off the screw and use teflon tape so you can adjust the screw further

Why do I keep having to replace the fuel pump?

Check your fuel filter! Fuel not being filtered properly is the main cause of fuel pump failure.

I don't know what a Mule is (outside of the farm) but it won't be the fuel filter cuz they only fail when the demand is high(climbing hills etc) Sounds like a sensor like the TPS or MAP sensor.

Hi ,
Check the main jet in the carby which could be at fault .Clean it with new clean fuel .
Dirty fuel will leave some deposit in the carby which will make the bike run rough and make it hard to start .
Check all gaskets in the carby to make sure no additional air intake is there too .
