simple you dont !!!
send it to a proper company to do like mh racing, maxton etc
this is not a job to be undertaken by somebody without the proper tools and precations , there have been severall very very nasty accidents in recent years by where people have tried to do this at home , im all up for saving money and fixing things myself but there are some certain things that shouldnt be undertaken , this id say is one of them . ( no offence ment by this,i just have you saftey in consideration , and im by no means saying your not capable of doing this , just its not the kind of job to be done by a home mechanic , no matter how tallented they are ).
hope this is of help to you

letting up on the gas is ussualy a good idea because it allows the rpms to closer match the trannys. haveing said that there is speed shifting in which you barely bump the clutch and quickly hit the next gear. this takes a little practice and a good ear.
