Question- did you also mod the intake? did you remap the fuel injectors to compensate for more air?

It really sounds like you need to do those two things before tearing into the engine.

How to make my honda wave alpha motorcyle speed faster

Change exhaust for sports one change air filter to a proformance one also get it tuned and get a tuning chip. That should make a big difference. But I don't think u can chip one of those. I used to drill small holes in baffle that used to give me extra 10 mph but that was back in 1980s lol.

#2 cylinder misfiring why?

Usually if you know which cylinder, you check spark--fuel--compression on that cylinder.
You could do cylinder balance test, engine idling, kill each cylinder, one at a time. If you kill a cylinder that has no effect on rpms, that cylinder is dead for some reason, spark--fuel--compression?
I usually kill spark and do it quickly.

1999 chevy k2500. changed spark plugs 4 times in 7 months. Runs good for a week then doesn't start. Changed spider, throttle body sensor. Still has no codes and once again won't start.

The next time it won't start ,pull a sparkplug wire and see if you're getting fire. Then we'll known whether its a ignition or fuel problem and go from there.

GE dry is making a noise like loose change is rolling around

There may be change rolling around in it.
Remove the top. Take the screws out of the drum baffles and remove the coins from inside the dryer drum baffles.
When replacing them, tighten them well to help prevent coins from getting in there.
