2000 Ulta Glide just got it from dealership today and the headlamps and other lights will not work.

I'd take it back to the dealership and make them fix it. As I don't work on the computer controlled bikes, I cannot tell you what it causing it. I simply don't know.

Good Luck

Radio working just fine But no sound coming from speakers

if the radio still has power the audio amplifier ic in your radio has failed.
take your radio to an electronics repair shop or, replace the radio; this not something you can fix unless you know how to use an oscilloscope.

Will 1996 road king pipes fit a 1993 ulta classic

no they wont due to the diffrence in the end of the pipe. 95 and earlier have a flanged end where 96 and later do not have that flange. if you cut the flange off then they will fit.
