My predator 500 los park it will spit a spark and then quit could it be my CDI box

Hi, Chris it may very well be your CDI otherwise the usual suspects are:
1. Fouled spark plugs.
2. Discharged battery, check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
3. Loose connection at ignition coil or plug between ignition sensor and module.
4. Spark plug cables in bad condition, shorting / leaking, spark plug cable connections loose.
5. Faulty ignition coil or ignition / electronic module
6. Failed CKP, CMP, or BAS sensor.
7. Faulty ignition switch.
8. Security alarm failing to disarm needs reset

My polaris 500 magnum was running fine and it just cut off , has gas and a new battery , turns over but will not start

Check the unit for spark, I use a new spark plug and just disconnect the plug wire from the one installed and ground the new one to the head or block and then crank it over to see if it has blue/white spark at the plug electrode. If not make sure the kill switch/circuit is functioning properly. Check the spark coil leads to make sure the wires are intact. I would also check to make sure voltage is present to the cdi pack and that the wires are secure.

My 1999 Polaris 335 sportsman automatic 4x4 won't fire and I have replaced....starter, battery, coil, stator, plug, cdi unit, and replaced all the fluids, and sanded the magneto. What is wrong?

you have down all the electrics ( so have spark at plug ) has to be something with the carby does the spark plug have fuel on it when you remove after trying to start if not fuel problems, does bike have T.P.S (throttle positioning sensor) some on carby, some on thumb throttle etc might be causing problems.

I had a simular problem with my 99 sportsman 500 and it turned out to be my pulse coil somehow became out of alinement. The pulse coil air gap should be between0.016 to 0.040 inch, But I would start by checking the coil it should read 0.3 to 0.5 ohms. Good luck and hope this helps

Low spark on one spark plug

Sounds like you need new wires.....but the cdi box could be working only on one cyl. also........I would try new wires first.....
