Kawasaki kx 65 is A bit to tall for my son. how do I lower it and how much can I lower it.

Hi buddy you can adjust this on the fork clamps just unscrew the bolts and move the forks up and retighten or also on the suspension you can undo the big nut on the springs just unscrew this bit by bit and the bike will begin to lower also is this brads dad that goes brixton if not im sorry buddy

What is the question? Are you trying to put KX60 crank in a KX65? If so, I am pretty sure that won't work without a lot of modifications.

check your spark plug for starters, if its not that see about fuses or if throttle is sticking. other than that im not sure...my brother had one and his problems were always the spark plugs.

I need to know how to get the front wheel off of my kx 65


Just remove the cotter pin on the right end of the axle then remove the nut and then remove the axle by pulling outward to towards the left fork. tombones49_280.gif

My sons kx65 has been idle for a year or so and wont start now tried cleaning carb also new spark plug, even tried jump starting still no go


Fresh fuel? Drain the old stuff out, put fresh fuel in it, lean the bike over until fuel comes out the overflows and give it another try.

Easies way to do that is to make some bracket/limit/stoper on throttle cable so he can not use full throttle when driving!!!

My 2008 kx 65 is fowling spark plugs at the rate of 1 per 3/4 tank of fuel. My son rides with me on trails and his rpm sounds fine with lots of good reving. I have never had an issue with my kx 250 and...


Make sure the choke is fully disengaged while riding. Is it two stroke? If so, make sure fuel/oil mixture is not too rich. If four stroke, try a colder plug. If four stroke, make sure valves are adjusted properly.
