Husqvarna 45 carb jet blocked

Could be a fuel starvarion problem. Theres one thing you could try before you try stripping and cleaning the carb. Back off both tuning screws, and pull over till it fires. Then screw both back in and reset them to standard. H3/4 of a turn anticlockwise, L1 full turn anticlockwise. Then try firing it up again. Sometimes its enough to cklear any dirt in the carb. Failing that, Its a strip and clean.

These carb cleaning tools are great, but you have to know where and where not to be putting them. Certain parts of Zama carbs and Walbro carbs have tiny valves within the carb. So be carefull.

My Husqvarna 335LS runs rough and will not run at full speed

Check the exhaust, the muffler contains a gauze which can deteriorate and restrict gas flow through the exhaust. Have you stripped the carb down and checked the diaphrams/gaskets, removed high and low tuning screws, cleaned and reset to standard settings.?

How do you clean the carberator on a husqvarna weed eatetr

Strip down the carb to expose the diaphrams. Avoid using airlines where possible because certain holes have small valves in which may get dammaged. Remove tuning screws, flush with carb cleaner. Hold diaphrams upto a light to check for holes.

Sounds like a fuel starvation problem, Strip and clean carb. Avoid using airlines to clean carbs. remove low and high adjustment screws, reset to factory settings. Walbro carbs are generally scew both of them back in all the way and then turn out 2 full turns each anticlockwise.

Will not start

Do you have good compression.

If its flooding then its probably a carb issue. Strip and clean carb, check diaphrams and reset hi and low screws to standard settings. Screw both needles in and unscrew them:- H 3/4 of a turn anticlockwise and L 1 full turn anti clockwise.

Here's the breakdown for the carb. (dont use airlines to clean carbs)

My Husq 136 will start but has no torque, if you try to cut it loses power. Have cleaned fuel filter and air filter, no effect.

It sounds like you carburetor is dirty, this is common when they sit for extended amounts of time. First I would try removing the air filter and spraying the carb with carb cleaner and letting it soak in, Then start it up, (it may be difficult) when it starts rev it up and cover the air intake so it could possibly **** the blockage through, other wise you would need to disassemble the carb an manually clean it.

My Husqvarna blower, model 130BT, bogs down when it is revved up. It runs better when the air filter is removed although certainly not as well as should be expected. I took out the filter, cleaned and...

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.)

Use a Den Tek Brush, (, to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.
