Question about 2005 Factory bike Desert YR 250
The problem is with your voltage regulator. I have a bike with only 3000 km's on it and I've lost the regulator twice. Each time, it also caused the battery to fry.It also pissed me off that I had to cancel the rest of my hunting trip each time. Other brands don't seem to have the same problem!!!!!!

Might be something else wrong, should take to dealership, they can check the comp. to see what codes are in it
