2000 nissan frontier king cab 4 cyl tow rating

what are you meaning you are converting to tow truck? or simply towing something such as a camper , boat etc ? your owners ,anuel should specify this if in fact that is the issue here

The tow rating will either be in the owners manaul or can also be found on the main vehicl vin chassis plate wher it will give you individual axle weights and the vehicle " train weight this is the gross vehicle wheight plus the trailer wheight combined.

Depends on the problem.
Is the compressor working when the engine is running ?
Is one ac line hot and the other cold ?
Have you checked to see if it is low on freon ?
