If there is an AUX output ... try that ...

If you are jury rigging, take one wire from the speaker, put it on the center tap of your pot (veriable resistor). On the right, put a wire from there to the front speaker. On the other tap (left) run a wire to the rear. You will need a common from the front speaker (the one you left there) to the rear.

Hopefully you are not concerned about ohms or phases.

How do I turn off the outside speakers on the Jensen JCD2010 installed in my travel trailer?

Press the volume control to access the audio menu. Navigate through the audio menu by pressing the volume control button repeatedlly until you get to Fader. Then adjust the Fader to by turning the volume button to either 9R or 9F. In my trailer, 9R is for inside listening, only.

Are the fader and balance on my car stereo supposed to work after a new stereo amp has been installed ?

if everything was correctly installed then yes, but depending on what was used, the installer may have opted for a custom configuration. however, the fader and balance really should work.

Balance/Fader is backwards and rear speakers do not emit sound when only rear is selected

It sounds like you have your front and rear speakers wired backwards, your rear speakers are connected to the front input and vice a versa.
To test that, select "front"and you should only get sound from the rear speakers.
That would also explain why the fader is backwards too.

No fader control on a pioneer deh-2000mp

No fader control when using the onboard amplifer or an external one? Do you have all of the speakers hooked up correctly or are you running the fronts and rears off of two speaker outputs?
