Check the ground. make sure you have correct globes eg: voltage and wattage

Some after market lights are imported and are not the best quality, so it could be the new lights or you could have disturbed a wire or plug when you changed them out.I would go back and put the original lights back on and see if they work properly if they do it tells you there is a problem with the aftermarket lights.
