Question about 2003 Suzuki TL 1000 R

1 Answer

How do I remove the speed limiters from a Suzuki Quadsport Z50? The manual mentions a maximum speed reduction spacer that can be removed, but the picture is intentionally obscure so that you have to take it to a dealer and pay for it to be replaced.

Speed limiters are usually just a block or shim in the carburetor throttle tube, take the cap (top) off and remove, careful not to bend the needle, and replace.

I was wondering if there is a site that I can get a free repair guide for a QuadSport Z50

Actually I do not think you are going to find exactly what you are looking for. What may find are forums that may have the information you are looking for. give that a try and see if it helps.
