Comes with 120...but you have to break it to fit. that for a standard r.k. or did cheapo i go a DiD for $55 working good so far.if a chain breaks i change it no matter what...i just cant imagine flying down the high way and the chain wraps around my tire locking it up.

How hard is it to change cam chain an a 1995 Honda cb 750 I have a new chain and a link, and yes you can buy a link nnd do it engine in sit, just want a heads up on how best to go about it.

It's involved. The engine will have to come out and crack the lower case which means a ton of gears and special tools. I suggest getting a manual from say amazon for example. It'll be the best $$ you'll ever spend and walk you through every detail. I haven't done it myself but with manual in hand, good tunes, warm shop and patience it's time consuming but do-able. Best of luck

My honda cb shine model 2012 making too much noise and vibration when starts and also there is a problem of accelerator and pick up ..it looks like its loosing the throttle when accelerate ...pls give

Is the exhaust pipe loose where it bolts onto the engine or is it in need of a new gasket it may be drawing air,

as far as chain wear buy a good quality chain and keep it clean and well oiled, there is a problem with it if it streaches so much in such a short time, as a rule motorcycle chain are very strong and should last a good while if looked after correctly, you are adjusting it as recommended in the owners manual, if too tight this will cause excessive wear.

How do I tighten the chain on a 1979 Honda CB 400 Hawk?

loosen rear axle bolt and nut, tighten chain tensioner at rear axle, use the nut on the tension bolt to lock it down to the same calibrated distance(about 3/4 inch chain slack movement up and down not a total of 1 1/2) when the axle alignment is the same on left and right tighten the axle nut and bolt, lube the chain. Make sure you adjust the rear brake tension to make up for the wheel being moved toward the rear.

Whats involved in changing a chain on a 1993 honda nighthawk 250

Your bike should have a master link. Remove the link then remove the chain. Loosen the axle nut and move the wheel forward. Mount the new chain and install the link. Be sure to put the master link clip with the closed end facing the direction of chain travel. Tighten the chain using swing arm index marks then re-tighten the axle.
Go riding!
