2 stroke scrambler revs high on its own

I have a 01 400cc polaris atv scrambler. soon as i start it it revs real high. carb is clean and throdle is not stuck.

There should be an idle screw on the carb, set it when the choke has come off. You'll recognise it because it will have a spring underneath it.

2002 Polaris atv 2 stroke 90 that starts and idles fine. But it will not rev up or move. Any ideas ?? THANKS!!!

mine did that and the pitcock under gas tank was pluged up unscrew bowl and clean it out

Idling good start good but stalls if pressing throtle

there is a piece of debris floating around in the sediment bowl of your carburetor, its lodged in the high speed jet causing it to stumble and will most likely need a carb rebuild average repair cost on this machine is around 150 dollars at a reputable polaris dealer

1993 Poalris 350 L Gas runs straight threw the carb & won't fire.

I had that problem with my polaris 500 scrambler. Did the exact same thing. I had to replace the float in the carburetor, Your may just be stuck but the float is very inexspensive
