Question about 2000 Honda CBR 929 RR Fireblade
Hi there, when i ride my honda cbr929 at low revs i hear periodicly a hard sound from the front spocket like a gap special when i reduce speed,i thought the chain needed some work but it looks propably,i'm afraid that is something deeper than the front spocket!!what could it be?if it is the front spocket bearing do i have to afraid??thanks a lot for hearing...
Take the cover off do an inspection,....check for worn curved or a loose fit...it might not be to late to install a new one...you do know that if your back spocket isnt alinged in a pefectly striaght angle head on that it could be chunking at an angle to it slightly and wearing out the teeth. good luck a friend of mine has a 929 and he said he cant get his bike into second gire but all the rest work fine.
