the rear tail lights, license plate bulbs, and the front park lights are all fed off the same fuse. I show fuse one in the dash fuse block (15 amp). If the front amber park lights are working its not a fuse.
Are you sure the bulbs are good? Have you checked the connections in the harness?
Depending on the year. I.e. 89-91 camry, all have a yellow god fuse in the driver side of the trunk space behind liner.it is about 2''*3" cant miss it, being only yellow part. It is usual cause of certain outside lights completly out, have had to change mine 2 times in ten years, junkyard is best at 20$, new is near 200$.
Sounds like the the parking light fuse blew.Under the dash there is a fuse block.you will see fuses there and remove the fuse to see if blown.If so replace with same type fuse.Anymore questions will be glad to help you...
