Question about 2004 Suzuki RM-Z 250
De decompressor as to be there....those four stroke need a good kickstart to fired ( without decompressor can broke you're kickstart pedal or hurt you badly..) i sugest you recheck valve clearance and make sure the timing is done when you are at top death center and you're exhaust cam is about to be open shortly after top death center.( that means you are in the right position to align the mark on both cam to each side of the head....also you can check out for fire problemme ( timing or firing at wrong time) you said it as fire then just put gaz into the spark plug hole (a spoon) then it should start right away or try to....then if it wont start you know carburation is not an issue because you by pass the carb by injected gaz right on top of piston...then only thing left is fire and compression...if you have all that one with care....let me know ill find away to make that things running.....impactmx@live.ca .....stephane.
