What is aquastop

I presume that when you say it wont stop running, it's the empty pump that is running. This is an anti flood protection. Water from a spill has got into the base of the machine and tripped the flood protection sensor. To cure the immediate problem, pull the machine out and tip it on it's side or back about 45 degrees and the water in the base will run out and the flood protection will reset. The real question is though, how did the water get INTO the base? Most common is that someone used household detergent instead of dishwasher powder or tabs and the foam it created worked its way into the base and then turned back to water as it settled. If this is the case, the tip sideways will be a permanent fix. If not, you will need to trace and cure the leak

Why does my ccm 644 keep floading, had carbs off 2,3 times,i get it to stop, put the bike away for a week or so,go back to bike, try starting it and the carbs start flooding again, need help thankscarbs...

I think this may be another one of those faults due to the ethanol and other **** in modern fuels.
There is so much rubbish in petrol the stuff just wont keep also ther have been a lot of problems with the stuff rotting fuel lines this may be your problem, the float needle may be getting stuck by particles of fuel line.

Flooding carbs often means that the needle valve that the float is supposed to close is leaking, causing the float chamber to overflow. replace needle valves.

98 RAM 1500 WONT START

Replace the coolant sensor NOW!? Its causing a flooding condition as evidenced by wet plugs that short out when flooded. Blip the starter and see if raw fuel is blown out as another indication of a flooded condition. In cases of flooded engines, holding the gas pedal to the floor shuts off the injectors during starting to clear out the cylinders.

The brass replacement sensor will cure flooding and many other engine/transmission issues.

I am leaking fuel by the carbs and it is not running right when i park it i forget to turn the fuel off would that cause it to not start

sounds like worn needle and seats and bike is flooding, bike should have a vaccuum operated fuel tap which turns off fuel when stopped but tap may have failed and this can also cause flooding

Im thinking that my 99 kx 125 2 stroke is flooded and need help on how to un-flood it.

It can be un-flooded if you let the bike sit for a half an hour to an hour if its not starting check your spark plug or replace it and check to make sure your carburetor is not dirty.

I have a 1984 honda xr 350 and i've changed the spark plug, pulled out the carbs and cleaned them, and changed the airfilter. I still can't get it to kickstart no matter how long i try. its getting gas and...

Those bikes can be a pain to start after they've sat awhile. What always worked for me was twist the throttle a bunch. I mean make sure its flooded. Then lay the bike over on its left side until the gas runs out the overflow. Stand it up and lay it down until it stops running out. Then I squeeze the decompression lever and cycle the motor. Now just barely pull on the decompression lever to open the valve just barely. Get it to top dead center and give her a good kick with a twist of the throttle. Becareful it could kick back.
This technique works for when the bike stalls when its hot. Most important part is if you think its flooded lay it over and start the process over. Remember your XR has two carbs and will flood QUICK. After some practice you'll be able to hear it in the exhaust pipe if she's flooded or if she trying to come around. Trust me. I have four of these bikes. Two 83's, one 84 and my beloved 85.
