YOU HAVE A BLINKER RELAY THERE SOME WHERE THAT HAS GONE BAD

Have you tried replacing the blinker unit? not sure where it is located on that bike. Make sure all the bulbs work first. Some bulbs have 2 elemenants. If one is out thay won't blink. Hope this helps.
