Welcome to harley ownership, been through this often on my bikes. The air that is displaced in the crankcase during operation builds up pressure and travels through the motor out to your air cleaner. Based on the age of the bike (no disrespect whatsoever), the umbrella seals more than likely could use replacing. What happens is the displaced air is really a mist of oil and air and as this travels up through the engine its last stop is the umbrella seals, which look like a very small umbrella with a short shaft. The bad news is that unless you want dig into the top end of your motor you are probably going to more comfortable having your shop replace these for you. If you decide to do it yourself repost and we will go from there. Also there are some after market parts that work pretty well too to help most are around $200. Hope this helps.
