I have the same issure but I just replaced the waterpump!
Replace the water pump. Steering wheel shake is likely caused by a bent or loosely-attached wheel rim. Jack up the front end and test each wheel for true running and tire condition (watch for bulges in sidewalls and treads). Wiggle each wheel to look for loose wheel bearings--may have damaged bearings. A bent brake rotor is also a possibility. Good luck!
The water pump seal is out thier shuold be a hole in the pump check to see if the water is coming out of that if it is then the pump needs to be replaced i don't know about the steerring wheel
Either a tire seperating or unbalanced...
Bad waterpump...it has a weep hole that lets you know its time to change it.
