Excessive oil in the sump
takes around 300 ml or on the mark on the dip stick
could be from a bad needle and seat and the sump is over full from fuel

SOURCE: my blaster 200 is blowing alot of white smoke

I agree, Too much oil in the mix. I run at 40:1 at the moment but have also used 50:1 in the past with no problems.
Drain the fuel tank and re-fill with fresh 40:1 mix.
Tip the bike over on its side to run out the carb.

Good Luck.

SOURCE: 250 cc giovanni dirt bike is smoking bad and looks

Has the bike been laid over? Could be possible that your air filter is soaked with oil and is burning off( smoke) or being forced out of the muffler.

SOURCE: oil appearing at exhaust, smokey, briggs and stratton lawm mower.

You will need to replace or clean the air filter, and probably the spark plug. Do not operate the mower for some hours to allow the oil drain (inside the engine). Check oil level and fill it if necessary. Some oil remaining in the exhaust should be burnt next time the lawnmower operates. You will see smoke at the beginning, that will be normal (burnt oil). Hope this helps!

Why is my lawnmower smoking excessively?

Over filling with oil is the most common reason, most walk behinds need about nine tenths of a quart to be filled. Many folks dump in a whole quart and the mower will smoke like a bandit. If you drain the oil and add fresh to the full mark and your mower never stops smoking your engine is shot.

Started by Craftsman 2700 PSI , 2.3 GPM Briggs & Stratton Powered Pressure Washer for first time in 9 months. Added new oil, and gas. started but is smoking from muffler and is dripping what appears to...

The first thing I would check would be the oil level, to make sure you didn't put in too much oil. If the oil level is correct, it could be a stuck piston ring, letting oil blow by the piston, and out the exhaust. If this is the case, you are going to have to tear down the engine.

Hope this helps!

Only tilt a lawnmower backwards toward the handle end (spark plug end raises) Other ways move the oil around to places it doesn't need to go. Now you probably have gas in the oil....check it or change it (milky looking or smells like gas..contaminated...might need changing anyway...You probably will have oil in the carb and it will blow smoke...You probably filled the oil breather with oil and it will drain down...causing smoke also. This was the wrong thing to do A 2 year old unit should be mechanically sound..Check the air filter, spark plug and carburetor for oil fouling. Remove the bowl on the carb to help get some of the oil out...it will leak gas when you do.
