Hi De The sump plug would be on the base of the sump It is almost flat and requires a torqs bit to undo it once removed it will require a new o ring seal before refitting.
The filter would either be just behind the engine underneath or it may have a cassette filter at the front facing upward and will require a special low cut socket to remove the cap normally black plastic cap. (right hand side front engine where gearbox bell housing joins engine.
Good luck

Testimonial: "Hi Alan Thanks for the info that was the location i was suspecting but i ak use to the normal bolt. I found the filter also. Do u mind if i post or can inpost email pics on this site just to confirm again Thanks De"

it means its due for service. If u wanna get rid of it without servicing the vehicle then as you start the car simultaneously push the ODOMETER reset button on the dash and it will wipe it. This will however just delay the point your car needs servicing.

SOURCE: Location of fuel filter Holden barina tk 2006

Under the rear passenger seat, you will find a plastic hatch, it is in the fuel pump.
Not serviceable item. I did take my pump apart and clean the fine filter. The only way to change the filter is to get a new fuel pump.

The fuel filter on your Holden Barina is designed to remove any harmful dirt or debris from the fuel before it enters the fuel injectors. It is usually located with the fuel pump inside the fuel tank or in the fuel line between the fuel tank and the fuel rail.
