Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Fuel tank empty.
2. Fuel supply valve/petcock turned off.
3. Fouled spark plugs.
4. Engine flooded as a result of overuse of the enricher.
5. Vacuum hose to the fuel supply valve/petcock disconnected, broken, cracked, or pinched.
6. Fuel valve/petcock or filter clogged.
7. Fuel line to carburetor or throttle body pinched or kinked.
8. Carburetor float stuck.
9. Fuel injectors clogged.
10. Severely discharged or damaged battery, you need 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
11. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
12. Loose or corroded wire connection at the coil, battery or plug between ignition sensor and CDI box.
Spark plug cables in bad condition and shorting check for leakage in the dark, cable connections loose, or connected to the wrong cylinders.
13. Ignition timing incorrect due to a faulty MAP, CKP, O2, TPS, sensors.
14. Faulty neutral, clutch lever, or kickstand safety switch.
15. Faulty fuel pump or fuse or relay.
16. Faulty CDI box.
17. A stuck bent or burnt valve.
18. Tip over sensor needs a reset.
19. Check for engine trouble codes.

Oil Capacity for Daelim NS 125 III transmission

Many of our patrons are interested in saving money by repairing their cars themselves.
They know from experience that repair manuals and diagrams can make their work a lot easier.
When their local library doesn't have the manual they need, they decide to see if they can
save a little more money by finding a free copy of the manual or diagram on the Internet.

Unfortunately, these materials are almost NEVER available on the Internet for free! The
reason for this is that the people who publish the manuals and own the copyright aren't
about to give the material away free--they want to get paid for their work!! Also, many of
the manuals are so large, it would be very costly to place them online and store all the
Web pages or provide access to them from a database.

The Internet, though, has a large number of web sites where you can buy service manuals
and schematics from bookstores, publishers, and other collectors. Here is just a sampling
of what sites are out there:

Chilton Repair Manuals
http://www.chilton.cengage.com/

Factory Automanuals
http://www.factoryautomanuals.com/

Haynes Repair manuals
http://www.haynes.com/

AutoLit.com
http://www.autolit.com/home.htm

RepairManual.com
http://www.repairmanual.com/

You may also want to check out Yahoo's category for Automotive Booksellers, or more general

on-line bookstores such as Amazon.com.Don't forget that public libraries are also great places
to find such manuals -- many libraries have them in print or on cd-roms. They may also be able
to get the manual or diagram you need from another library if you use their Interlibrary Loan
Service. Not every library offers this service, but it never hurts to ask if they do!

Finally, there are many web sites out there where you can at least ask an automobile expert for
advice. AutoGuide.net's Automotive Advice category is a good starting point for finding these
services.

Hey Cb.
An engine needs three things to run..(assuming all internals are good)

1. A properly timed spark
2. Adequate compression
3. Proper air/fuel ratio

Now, start eliminating one at a time...once they are all correct, the engine will run..

ps. have a qualified professional clean and set the carb...

Where is battery on Daelim NS 125

<CLEANING BATTERY TERMINALS>
??If you remove two screws from battery
box cover after putting floor panel met
forward, you will find battery assembled.
??If the battery terminal is polluted, or in
rust, separate battery and clean it.
??Battery terminal in rust with white
powder should be cleaned with warm
water.
??In case of serious rust of battery terminal,
disassemble the battery cord and
grind it with wirebrush or sandpaper.
<REPLENISHING BATTERY WATER>
??This vehicle doesn’t need either
replenishing or checking battery water
because of the equipment of enclosed
MF battery.
??In case battery needs a checking, it
should be cared of by service center.
??????????????????????????
BATTERY INSPECTION
CAUTION
??Turn the ignition switch OFF
before disconnecting the terminal
from the battery. Remove the
negative pole ?? side cord first and
the positive pole ?? side cord next.
Make sure, at this time, that ??
side cord is connected first,
followed by ?? side cord.
??When handling the battery stay
away from flammable materials.
??Make sure that terminals do not
contact with other adjacent parts
when handling ??/?? terminal.
Contact with other parts may cause
spark resulting in electrical equipment
malfunction, fire and electric
shock.
??Frequent cell starting can shorten
the battery lifetime. Please use a
kick to start the engine after the
long period storage and in case of
the initial starting and the cold
starting to improve starting
performance and extend the battery
lifetime.
CAUTION
??Be careful not to disassemble injection
part of enclosed battery.
??When not using vehicle during a
long time, take off the battery from
the vehicle to keep from selfdischarge
and electric discharge.
Put the battery in a well ventilated
place after charging fully. In case it
isn’t available to take battery off
from the vehicle, disconnect “-”

Hi there, my daelim ns 125 III can not start. ithought it was the battery but i took power from a car and it still does not start. a friend suggested that it may be the bobina not working. any advice?

OK first check the obvious , check that there is power through the fuse . if yes check that the spark plug is getting spark, if no: change the fuse. if there is spark at the plug check your fuel. check also that fuel is flowing through the hose , sometimes these hoses shrink with weather so keep that mind!
