By the way, to add to my response, remove your starter and have the starter solenoid tested, have the whole starter and solenoid tested. This is easily done with proper caution, a 12V battery and a pair of jumper cables. Serious do aa YouTube search or google how to test a starter! I've done it many times but had no choice. Safety is Key, don't do anything you don't fully understand or understand the repercussions often

Check your spark plugs, they are quite fragile & yoy may have a crack in the ceramics. Replacement is recommended.
SOURCE: how do you remove the front fender on a Harley
Depending on the bike.. On all the "easiest" thing to do is drop the front wheel, remove the 4 bolts holding the fender on. Watch out for the sheet metal tabs that lock the bolts in place. Now depending on the model you may have a light on the front of your fender, you will have the joy of disconnecting it first. Hope this helps.

A harley AGM battery are usaully good for three to five years the best thing to do is have the battery load tested. Now as far as your problem now depending on the batterys state of charge the solenoid will click or not.Because you store it alot you should keep a trickle charger on the battery
