Question about 2005 Bajaj Pulsar 150
I have made it check from the mech. but he says there is no problem .the fuses are clean everything is alright....
Hey me too got the same problem. Got it fixed by changing a small coil. Don;t remember the name though. It is a small coil with a pair of wires and socket. Take it to a good service centre and they may be able to replace that

Actually this is common problem with the old bajaj machine. If you want to to be fixed you need to change the engine oil before going for a long ride. Use castrol power engine oil. Check the clutch plate setting. If it need any change replace it with new one. All these ll make your engine cool and avoid stopage. Hope this helps. Please rate this!!
