Hi John. Not sure what model yours is but if its the JONWAY - YY125T-31 MADNESS, scooter then its a 4-stroke, air cooled 125cc

all depending on what it is i.e. 4 sroke superbike or two stroke moped,but usually its a tight valve typically the exhaust valve or its vaapourising the fuel in the carb if the thermal block in the inlet manifold is poor.

If it is 2 stroke, take petrol /fuel and mix it with preferably synthetic2 stroke oil.

Ratio is usually 10L petrol mixed with 200 ml or 2 stroke oil, that is the best result, used it on my chainsaw, strimmer, moped, working for years without a glitch.

HI,,empty your gas tank,,and drain the carb put some new fuel in the tank and dont use additives again,,some do more harm than good (especialy in 2-strokes)

What year is it ? Is the cylinder-head height or shape capable of holding a rocker shaft and valve ?

What do you mean
"wont kick start with battery" ?

Is the starter turning the motor ?
If not - the starter could be stuck..
WHILE tring to start it with starter - give the actual starter a smack with a wrench..
