SOURCE: card replacement

if something on the contract says that issuer is liable for late deliveries of the cards then go ahead and sue them, but if not , it was not their fault that you lost your cards and maybe you can go to the issuer and find a way that may be able to help you with your payments by providing you with the new card's account number so you can make your payments while the cards are in the mail or delivery.

Who are mediaz.com and why did they take £49.69 from my bank on 18th November 2019

FIXYA is free service supported by unpaid volunteers. They cannot resolve your credit card or bank card issues. You would need to contact your bank or credit card company to request a refund if possible.

Here is a web site found by using https://www.google.com to see if there is more information publicly available, and it suggest that mediaz.com is fraudulent.

I have a $150 on master card. PayPal pumpernicke 4029357733 and do not know why

Contact PayPal. The 402 number is a phone number for PayPal. The charge is for something paid by PayPal. Remember way back when, when you signed up for Paypal, and you had to provide a bank account or credit card as a backup billing method? That's what that charge could be. Maybe it is Paypal using your backup billing method to cover the shortfall because you don't have enough in your Paypal account or bank account. If the charge is fraudulent, dispute immediately with both PayPal and your bank issuing the credit card.

Check the the Bank that issue the credit card for example if it is a Bank of America who issue you the card then go to the local BOA and request a Change on your credit card billing.
You can also, alot of times, go the the website of that bank and do it online

I want to change my visa card no

Visa card no or pin no ?
Edit a Visa PIN

In today's world, many of us rely on plastic and go light on carrying cash.
Visa is one of the leading card brands worldwide with 1.8 billion cards in use, including credit and debit cards.

But in those instances when you need cash, you also need a reliable Personal Identification Number.
But what if you forgot your PIN or are concerned someone saw you use it?

Call the phone number of the Visa card issuer.
Most cards have a toll-free number listed on the back of the card.

Choose the appropriate phone menu options to speak to a live person. Most banks and credit card companies require live verification before they will implement a change of PIN.

Answer the customer service representative's identification questions.
These may include personal information such as social security number, current address, mother's maiden name, when your account was opened, your place of birth and location or branch where your account was opened if your card is linked to your bank.

Request your change of PIN.
Have a new PIN in mind in case your credit card company or bank allows you to choose the new PIN over the phone.

In some cases, the Visa issuer will automatically assign you a new PIN and will likely mail it to you.
Confirm with the customer service agent that the change has been successfully completed before you get off the phone.
Change Your Visa Card Number

Changing your Visa card number mitigates or prevents fraudulent activity on your account.
The customer service department of your issuing bank can change the number in some situations.

Some banks and merchants also offer services that mask your true card number when making purchases.

Prepaid debit or gift cards also provide an alternative card number in lieu of directly using your main credit card account. Threat of Fraud

Contact the customer service department of the card issuer if you believe fraud has already occurred on your account, or you suspect your credit card number is in the hands of an unauthorized party and fraudulent activity is imminent.
The card issuer will deactivate the compromised account, assign a new card number and mail a new card.

Cut up and dispose of the old card once the new card arrives.
Log into any online merchant sites where you used the old card number and delete that information from the site.

Decide if you wish to enter the updated card number at that time. Protect your account by masking it.

If you want to change a card number in a situation where no fraudulent activity has yet occurred, Rebecca Lindsey of Cardratings.com suggests contacting the customer service department of your issuing bank to inquire whether the bank offers "virtual card numbers."

Virtual card numbers are "disposable" credit card numbers that can be used a limited number of times over a range of specific dates.

Using a virtual card number eliminates the need to provide merchants with your "real" card number, preserving the security of your account.

How secure is my VISA card number and security number?

It depends on how you use it, Never give out these details except to trusted establishements Name on card Number on card, security number on card, never carry your password written down, never use dates of birth etc for passwords, never reveal your date of birth or address to any but the most trusted shops. dont use the same password on websites as on your visa or other bank account.. Always check ATM cashpoints to see if a camera might be installed behind the fascia. Never use your online account from a public pc. Never store your password and visa details on a laptop or thumbdrive. Never let a cashier take your card out of your site. Only use your card in foreign countries at well known banks. Never give out your password to telesales, including tele ops at the bank where the card was issued. Turn off aoto completion of forms on internet explorer, always check a web page for the little closed padlock sign when doing online transactions, it must be present. If you follow these guidelines it is quite safe, but remember if you can prove that you did not make a transaction or that your number has been used fraudulently, then visa cover the bill, i you have beeen prudent with your security and passwords. Mostly the sheer number of cards protects you, its just playing the odds.

cheers
