So go to the Japan Suzuki dealer and ask for the manual..

After testing everything else, the headlight relay #1 is the main suspect. Where ... Geo Tracker .... then walk the red lead from the fuse to HL Headlights stay ON - 2001 Chevy Tracker

Quote FSM:2002 2002, 2.0L engine. J20 is the true name.
the 2002 DOES have the DLC timing freeze jumper.
See that slotted, CMP sensor on left rear cam.? BINGO 1.
Look see that?
open hood , See DLC on left strut thower, bingo2
open hood see that EPA sticker under hood stating timing spec? bingo 2.

IS NOT AWD, ITS 4WD PART TIME.
do not drive in 4wd , on pavement. are you? and why?
repost with location,
im on dirt,grass,gravel , offroad, rock pile,, ice,snow, sand,????
but not on pavement. or it will wind up and wreck a good transfer case.
its not AWD, SORRY,
it has no center differental like an AWD HAS.
