Battery looses power after sitting for 4 to 5 days.
Losing power while just sitting for long times is normal for wet cell batteries. However, for a short period like that, sounds like there is a constant drain on the battery when you think it is not in use (something connected to the battery). When you are not using the battery, either disconnect the battery, trace the source of the drain and turn it off, or buy a trickle charger and attach it to the battery and plug it in. You should also do a battery load test to see if the battery is properly holding a charge.

Parasitic drain? If so, did they run a test light on the negative terminal? Unhook the negative battery cable, run a test light between the negative battery post and the negative (removed) cable end. Does the light come on? If so, remove each fuse, one at a time, when you hit the circuit that is draining, the light will go off.
I have a 95 Buick Roadmaster and it was doing the same thing. It was a broken light in the trunk, the bulb was out, but the electricity was still there. The wire became damaged when my daughter overloaded the trunk. Just a couple of ideas...
SOURCE: Charging problem.. Wont charge battery
The instructions for installing a new alternator usually read to fully charge the battery (12.3 - 12.8 volt range). Otherwise, the alternator will be damaged when it initializes. I have seen some extreme damage result from installing a new alternator with a low-charge battery. The torque required to turn an alternator when damaged in this scenario is unbelieveable!

Under the dash fuse box ,fuse 15 (TCM ECT) is a combination of cluster, heater and headlights.probably a relay fuse!!!!! fuse 16is a relay fuse.
SOURCE: Auxiliary battery use
The extra battery is there because of the glow plugs and intake heater of the duramax. During cold weather both of these systems draw high amperage from the batteries. A single battery will function, but not as well as a pair.
SOURCE: no power to anything - how do I reset anti-theft
no... no power to anything means like the headlights are inop and such
in that case its a battery or battery cable issue
assuming you have headlights and power to accessories and the vehicle still will not start AND the theft light is flashing then YES your anti-theft system is trying to keep the car from what it thinks is a theft issue
simply pressing the unlock button on your remotes will resolve this
assuming you do not have the remotes then you will need the anti-theft computers reprogrammed at a dealer or good garage
