Nissan sentra 200sti 1997, my injectors keep over fueling and the revs cut out at 4000 rpm

check the throttle body, the air has to come in for it to rev that high, if it were the injectors it would be blowing black smoke and choking out the engine

Briggs Stratton 5hp I/C starts ok, runs, but will not rev

My money is on a partial blockage of the main jet or the passageway to it. You're having to force it to run through the idle jet by fully choking the incoming air. There's not enough gas coming in with the choke open to allow it to run.

I'm thiniking total carb disassembly, carb cleaner and an air compressor combined with a ton of patience will take care of the issue.

Husqvarna 223l starts but quits before I can even get the choke off, then will not even start again. Has been great until this.

I can assure you it wont be leaking oil, as the only oil it uses is mixed with the fuel.

Lock throttle trigger on,
Start on full choke till it fires,
Switch to half choke and it should fire up on high revs,
Blip the throttle and it should turn to tick over.

If it still keeps cutting out it could point to a carb or fuel takn issue.

Hi, my zzr 250 hadn't been started for about 8 months, so it fired up nicely with the choke on but once the bike warmed up I couldn't get it to idle once the choke was off, i tried more air to the carby...

Could be one of two things
1. The carbs are gummed up. Modern fuel will break down after only a few months. The idle jets are quite small and will easily become blocked. Strip and clean the carbs.
2. The throttle cable is sticky. Less likely, but possible. Make sure it opens and snaps shut easily.
What do you mean when you say you tried more air?

Wont idle properly.

vacuum leak.....get some carb cleaner an when you can get the bike to idle somewhat normal spray around hoses and intake manifolds...if idle increases that where the problem is.

My fzr genises misfires at 4000 to 5000 then wont rev past

Have you checked if the EXUP valve is working? It should cycle when you turn the ignition on.
If it's stuck in the closed position it will be choking the engine in the way you describe
